Quick & Easy Refund Policy
Our Return Policy is 60-days, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll need to provide us with your name, order number and verify your address.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with instructions on returning your items. After your items have been received, we will refund the full amount of the items returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible by sending a replacement item(s) or refunding your order.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll then be refunded the amount of the products returned to your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed this process up.
Please allow 1-3 days after placing your order for processing. All orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days and arrive at their destination within 7-14 business days. Depending on the destination location, some expedited options may be available at checkout. Please note, our customized products may take slightly longer to ship out than other products.
